the staff were very friendly and attentive and knew their area. had essentials needed in the a double room, including coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator. the bed was comfortable; and there was a bath.

The location was fab and prime, not too far away from Russell Square.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The venue was lively in general, had extremely accommodating staff from the reception desk to the bar in the lobby and the person on the door. Our hotel room was airy and well-designed for the value. Had coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator at our disposal.

Modern hotel, it offers very efficient services and stunning location near the restaurant at night as well as the closest tube station-Southwark. Every staff member is very amiable and attentive and strives to meet your needs. The double room is fashionable and brand-new. There is a plenty of supplies like : a laptop safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

The double room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. the meals were excellent and they served hot drinks. - the staff, from the reception desk to the bar in the lobby and the person at the door, were accommodating and amazingly nice.

Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

The location was stunning and wonderful, really close to Southwark tube which has Jubilee Line to central shops as well as the Skybird restaurant & bar for a drink. Popped in Samuel Pepys for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.
